Welfast Hearing tenancy fit-out, Bateau Bay Square

Project overview

Lump-sum fit-out of an audiology clinic at Shop 20, Bateau Bay Square: strip-out, new partitions, ceilings and linings, joinery, floor finishes, hydraulic and electrical services, lighting and signage. Delivered on a five-week program with night works so the trading centre stayed open, and handed over with trade certificates and warranties.
