Lakeside Dual-Occupancy

This project involved the design and construction of a new dual occupancy residential development, providing two modern, fully independent homes on a single site. Each dwelling was designed to maximise space, natural light, and functionality while maintaining privacy and a cohesive aesthetic across the property.

Works included full site preparation, structural construction, services installation, and high-quality interior and exterior finishes. Trades were carefully coordinated to ensure smooth progress, adherence to the schedule, and delivery to the client’s quality expectations.
