Project overview

Transformation of a former bank into a contemporary flagship real estate office for Coast Realty, retaining the original vault as a feature. Full internal demolition, redesign and fit-out (joinery, tiling, glazing, services) delivered in stages in a live operating premises, with designer Studio Indra. Completed with full facilities management handover.
